Ready for the next call in Brooklyn.

Hey, I’m Jamie.

I’m the guy who picks up. And the guy who comes over.

Manzo Mechanical is my family’s business. It’s my number on this page, so when you call, you get me — not an office, not whoever’s on rotation that day.

I’ll ask you a few questions and tell you what’s actually going on. If it’s a small fix, I’ll say so. If it’s a real problem, I’ll explain what it’ll cost before I start, and you can decide from there.

Most of my work is in Park Slope and around Brooklyn, plus Manhattan below 110th and Staten Island. Call me or shoot me a text — whatever’s easier.

Brooklyn buildings have their own language.

Brownstones, cast iron, old valves, tight co-op rules—I know what I’m walking into.

Old plumbing doesn’t always need to be ripped out. A lot of what I get called in for is someone else’s quote for a full replacement. I’ll look at what’s actually there and tell you honestly whether it needs replacing or just fixing.

Yearly sewer cleaning, before it becomes an emergency.

If your line has backed up before, it’ll back up again. A yearly cleaning keeps it moving and catches trouble while it’s still cheap to deal with. Ask me about the plan — it’s worth it for older buildings and multi-family especially.
