Start here
What are you seeing?
Tell me where the water is coming up and which drains are slow. I’ll ask a few questions so I bring the right equipment.
- Water coming up in a basement drain
- More than one drain is moving slowly
- A toilet bubbles when water runs
- Sewer smell inside the building
- The same line has backed up before
I check what’s actually there.
I’ll check which fixtures are affected and where the line can be reached. Then I’ll clear the stoppage and show you what came out or what still needs attention.
If the line only needs cleaning, I’ll say so. If I find a broken pipe or another problem, I’ll explain it and give you the cost before more work starts.
For lines that back up more than once, ask me about yearly cleaning. It keeps the line moving and can catch trouble before there’s water on the floor.

Pricing and repairs
I’ll tell you what it costs before I touch it.
The price depends on where the stoppage is, how the line can be reached, and how long it takes to clear. The estimate is free. If I come out to diagnose it, that service call comes off the repair.
Most backups need cleaning, not a new sewer line. If I find damage, I’ll show you what I found before we talk about a repair or replacement.
