What needs fixing?

Tell me which room and which fixture. If you’re replacing something, a photo of what’s under there helps a lot.

  • Toilet runs, rocks, or won’t flush right
  • Faucet drips or the handle is loose
  • Sink or tub drains slowly
  • Shower pressure dropped off
  • Garbage disposal jammed or leaking
  • New faucet, toilet, or sink to install

Small jobs get done right too.

I’ll check the shutoffs, the supply lines, and the trap before I pull anything apart. Half the time a running toilet is a worn part, not a new toilet.

If you bought the fixture already, I’ll install it. If you haven’t, I’ll tell you what fits your setup so you’re not returning something.

Old brownstone sinks and tight co-op bathrooms are most of what I work in. I’ll leave the space clean when I’m done.

Pricing and repairs

I’ll tell you what it costs before I touch it.

The price depends on the fixture, the parts it takes, and what’s behind the wall. The estimate is free. If I come out to diagnose it, that service call comes off the repair.

If a part fixes it, I’ll fix the part. I won’t sell you a new fixture you don’t need.
